Here are just a few of the questions that we are sometimes asked about
our services.
What services do you offer?
Currently we offer two
core services, our remote 24 hour support service and our on site
service.
What is the 24 service?
We provide you with
first line remote support on your PCs, laptops, servers and your
network.
How do you connect remotely?
We need to
install a small file on each of your supported computers
that allows us to connect (with your permission) to your
desktop. Once we are connected we can diagnose and in most
cases resolve problems on the spot.
What happens if you can't resolve our problem
remotely?
In the vast majority of case we can, but
in the rare cases that we can't, we'll diagnose the problem
and offer advice on your best options.
We're just starting up and we don't yet have a
network. Can you help us?
Yes, we can work with
your existing network or we can create and install your
network (and email etc.) from scratch. If you already have
your IT infrastructure in place, we'll come and take an
inventory of your existing system. Then we'll quote you for
our 24 Hour Remote service.
What do I need before I can use your remote 24
hour service?
One or more computers, a reliable and
fast (at least 2Mbps) internet connection. We'll send you a
standing order/direct debit form and your cover will begin
the moment we receive your completed mandate.
Can I just sign up on line?
Not at the
moment, but we'll be adding this facility soon.
